Works great everything I wanted it for quite some time but the price was a little high. I then found it for a great price and have not looked back.

Cons: None....

Lost my Jawbone Prime, and glad I did. The HS-500 lived up to the review I read. Very clear, LOVE the on/off switch, and mainly the ability to use micro-USB instead of a proprietary one. HOMERUN!

Still Doesnt Play Custom Ringtones

Cons: earpiece too big - doesnt hang well

I am not impressed by this headset. The earbud does not fit comfortably in the ear which means it pops out at the slightest movement. The adjustable piece that goes over the ear falls out too easily. I tried all the different rubber ear buds that came with this headset but it still does not fit well. The sound quality is actually really good and the microphone picks up well also - but if it doesnt want to fit or stay in my ear it is to no avail.
If you have a small ear canal then this is not the headset for you.
