Pros: good design, works as described
Cons: Usb connector doesnt sync. Doesnt initiate Docking app

If this product allowed syncing and initiated the Dock program, it would get 5 stars. What it does, it does extremely well. Just needs to go beyond to compete with the advertised HTC Dock, which hasnt yet materialized.
