Pros: Rugged feel, USB/earphone ports are covered and phone is protected
Cons: Outer shell feels slick to the touch

Just bought an Otterbox Commuter Series case for my Droid Incredible, and all I can say is WOW! The phone feels secure inside the 2-piece case, and it protects the camera lens however, the hard outer shell has a slick finish to it, which could possibly make the phone harder to hold on to. Other than that, great case, great value!

Pros: Rock solid quality build.
Cons: -

Love the crystal clear screen protector it came with. Not worried about little scratches anymore. Easy to get on and off when I clean the dust off, which the rubber case tends to trap on the sides, but what case wouldnt. Easy access to all ports and overall just a tank for a great phone.

Awesome case for this phone, best one Ive been able to find, fits perfectly and provides great protection to the phone. Highly recomend the case to those who are serious about protecting their phone. Does add a bit of bulk to the overall profile and the outer case is a bit slippery, would be great with a little rubber like coating along the edges where one holds the phone but otherwise the best option out there I have found.

Having purchased this case for my Blackberry and it not fitting as well as I thought, I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing Otterbox item for my new HTC Incredible. Was I surprised to discover the case to be the best case I have ever used in the short time I have owned my Incredible. I have tried 3 different cases from other makers and Otterbox beats them, hands down. I especially like the fact that it protects the charging and headphone ports from dust and foreign particles. Props to the engineers at Otterbox. I give it 5 stars!

Cons: No color choices. Made in China.

I had an Otterbox Defender case for a previous phone and it was awesome. This Commuter Series case is even better. It is not a gigantic as the Defender series. So it fits in my pocket well. It is easy to take on and off, which I do a lot because I have 2 batteries. The camera is well protected since the camera eye is recessed into the case. The volume and microphone work just as good in the case as they did without it. I try not to drop my phone, but I think this case would protect it in the event of a fall. The screen protector covers the whole screen, not just part of it like the protector that I got from Verizon. It is made in china, but designed in Colorado. Go buy one!
