Very happy with this case. It comes with a silicone skin that fits under the exo-skeleton. The bulk that it adds is very minimal. All ports are easily accessible. Like the fact that this case has the power button covered and raised for feel. Fits well in the holster, though the raised power button covering does trigger the screen at times because the clip is right over it. The texture of the skin and skeleton is good, but feels slightly slick, almost like it wants to slowly slide out of your hands. It does come with finger grooves on the sides so it fits well in your hand. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and would buy it again. Definitely would recommend it.
Adequate, but not great.
The silicone skin does feel slick, as does the plastic cover layer. Other manufacturers similar products, like Otterbox (Commuter), Ballistic (SG) and Trident (Aegis) all seem to place bare silicone at the corners since this is what the phone will usually fall on when dropped. The Active has the plastic outer layer hooked around the phones corners, as well as halfway up the sides. The outer layer does have a bit of flex, and Im not sure if this presents a significant drawback versus similar products or not.
Looking at the rest of the design, everything is easy to access with the skin in place. My only complaints would be a lack of protection for the USB and mini jack sockets, and that unlike competitors products, the printed "2d/3d" indicator by the camera mode switch is obscured. This wont bother someone who is more comfortable with the phone, but it is a pain whenyouve only been using it for a few days.

Pros: Doesnt add much bulk to the phone. Camera, power, and volume buttons protected.
Cons: No dust cover for headphone and mini usb jacks. Obscures 2D/3D markings on phone.
